Peter first started to invest in property over twenty years ago and has kept investing aggressively ever since, gaining an understanding of the industry and in particular the growth and opportunities it can bring. He currently has an extensive property portfolio which he takes every opportunity to expand.

Peter started Financing Property in 2007 as he saw this as an opportunity to not only introduce clients to their first home loan but to take them from their first property to building a large portfolio and growing long term wealth through property investment.

Peter is able to take you through the entire property investing process including:

• Researching possible investment areas to find out what is driving the current prices and what the potential in the future looks like. This includes analysing recent trends and possible future gains and understanding plus why infrastructure, population and employment trends are important considerations.
• How to ensure you have the maximum gains from your investment including how to fully depreciate the building, fixtures and fittings and how to set your finance to enable you to buy property after property.
• Having access to a group of reliable professionals and affiliates including quantity surveyors, accountants, solicitors, property managers and real estate agents.
• Understanding both commercial and business lending.

Peter is a talented sportsman being a current Queensland cycling champion and Australian Triathlon Team representative. He has completed the grueling Hawaii Ironman Triathlon. It is this same passion, commitment, dedication and drive to succeed that sees him stand out in the Mortgage Industry.
