It has only been about 2 weeks since settlement, but I am already seeing that this move will be the best thing we could have ever done. I had already started on the family budget before settlement and it’s not as hard as I thought it would be - I now know where every single dollar goes and we are not wasting money like we used to.

It is a relief to know that the properties are no longer cross secured so that will make for easier lending in the future. It was so difficult before with having the home loan and the investment debt mixed together. We will be saving heaps with the cheaper rates that you were able to get us (AND the discount on top of that) - which will be more money that we can put towards the home loan.

With the mortgage reduction strategy that you have set up for us, I am confident that we will have our home loan paid off in under 2 years, and it will be fantastic that we will then only have investment debts which will all pay themselves off, and the great tax benefits are a major bonus.

Thanks also for all of the investment advice in which you gave us and all of the research you did for us regarding the property at Mitchelton. Due to your expert advice we will be keeping that property and am sure we will have no regrets in doing this.
